- 5 folhas de massa filo
- 25/30 gr de manteiga derretida
- 2 colheres de sopa de azeite
- 200 gr de cogumelos frescos
- 3 cebolas médias cortadas às rodelas
- 2 dentes de alhos laminados
- 6/7 bolas de espinafres congelados
- 200 gr de fiambre (em fatias ou em cubos) pode também colocar bacon ou os 2
- 5 ovos
- 2 pacotes de natas de culinária sem lactose
- sal q.b.
- pimenta q.b.
Vai precisar de :
Forma de Tarte de 28 cm
1 folha de papel vegetal
1 pincel de cozinha
Pré aquecer o forno a 160°
Mode de preparação:
- numa frigideira colocar o azeite e alourar a cebola e o alho , e reservar
- noutra frigideira coloque os cogumelos previamente limpos com um pano (e não lavados) cortados aos quartos ,saltear até perderem a água ,em lume brando, reservar
- cortar o fiambre consoante o seu goste , seja aos cubos ou em pedaços se for em fatias
- faça bolas com os espinafres e esprema bem até perderem a água toda , reserve
- numa tigela parta os ovos , bata bem , acrescente os 2 pacotes de natas , sal e pimenta a gosto,
- derreter manteiga no microondas,
- passe o pincel na manteiga e unte a forma e coloque a folha de papel vegetal , pincel novamente, coloque uma folha de massa filo e pincele a , coloque outra em cruz com a primeira , pincele e vá colocando as outras de maneira que fiquem as bordas todas ocupadas e sem esquecer de pincelar cada uma ,
- coloque os ingredientes na ordem que quiser, eu faço :
Cebola, cogumelos, espinafres, fiambre e por fim cobro com os ovos batidos com as natas .
- colocar no forno 20 minutos (consoante os fornos vá vigiando para a massa filo não queimar)
Se optar para colocar bacon , tem que o saltear para perder a gordura e escorrer antes de usar .

Maçãs descascadas suficientes para cobrir o fundo de uma tarteira<br />
<br />
100 gr de farinha<br />
140 gr de açúcar 1 colher de sobremesa de fermento em pó<br />
2/3 ovos<br />
250 gr de leite<br />
2 colheres de sopa de óleo<br />
1 saqueta de açúcar baunilhado<br />
<br />
Pré aquecer o forno 180°<br />
<br />
Colocar os ingredientes todos no copo<br />
Bater 30 segundos velocidade 5<br />
<br />
Untar uma forma de tarte com manteiga<br />
Colocar papel vegetal na tarteira (a manteiga ajuda a segurar)<br />
Cobrir o fundo da tarteira com as maçãs<br />
Colocar o preparado<br />
Polvilhar com a saqueta de açúcar baunilhado<br />

Levar ao forno 45 mm<br />
Fazer o teste do palito<br />

Deixar arrefecer para desenfornar , que é mais fácil , é só puxar o papel vegetal<br />

Coloca-se uma sertã ao lume com óleo, e coloca-se a preparação às colheradas (de sopa) se estiver muito compacto (levou muita farinha) espalha-se com a ajuda da colher, viram-se quando estão douradas.<br />

Ingredientes :<br />
3 copos de arroz<br />
1 molhinho de grelos lavados e escolhidos<br />
4 colheres de sopa de azeite<br />
2 dentes de alho picado<br />
1 cebola grande picada<br />
2 folhas de louro<br />
2 tomates bem madurinhos pelados<br />
1 colher de sopa de concentrado de tomate<br />
1 copo de vinho branco<br />
6 copos de água<br />
sal,pimenta q.b.<br />

Num tacho refogar no azeite a cebola e o alho,<br />
deixar alourar e acrescentar o louro,<br />
adicionar o vinho branco, mexer,<br />

Certamente já adivinharam que gosto muito de framboesas,<br />
Tinha no congelador uma embalagem de framboesa e tinha me calhado numa embalagem de gelatinas uma de framboesa.<br />
<br />
Ingredientes:<br />
uma torta dan cake de morango ou baunilha<br />
8 Gemas de ovo<br />
1 Lata de leite condensado (a lata serve de medida)<br />
2 Medidas de leite gordo<br />
2 Colheres de sobremesa de maïzena<br />
1 Colher de sopa de aroma de baunilha<br />
1 Gelatina de framboesa <br />
<br />
Preparar a gelatina como está indicado na embalagem.<br />
<br />
Deixar descongelar as framboesas num escorredor para recuperar o sumo.<br />
<br />
Cortar a torta às fatias e colocar no fundo da taça em que se vai servir.<br />
<br />
Levar ao lume as gemas de ovo, o leite condensado, as medidas de leite, a maïzena dissolvida num pouco de leite e o aroma de baunilha, em lume brando ir misturando até engrossar (quando começa a fazer borbulhas).<br />
Colocar por cima da torta e deixar arrefecer,<br />
Colocar no frigorífico 1 h.<br />

Misturar a gelatina, o sumo das framboesas e as framboesas,<br />
Colocar por cima do creme,<br />

Já tinha aqui os marmelos há alguns dias !<br />
Mas só de saber a "seca" que é de descascar, cortar etc.......... fugia-me a vontade !!!<br />
e finalmente resolvi por mãos à obra e preparar a minha marmelada,<br />
<br />
Andei pelos blogs à procura da receita que seria a ideal, perguntei aqui e ali,<br />
e rendi-me , afinal, à receita que tinha no meu livrinho mágico , aquele onde apontava as receitas quando era mais nova, e que já tem uns bons 30 anos !!!!! (oups!!!!!)<br />

Por cada kg de marmelos limpos, são 800 gr de açúcar amarelo e 10 cl de água,<br />
<br />
coloca-se tudo na panela e deixa-se cozer,<br />
Cozer na panela de pressão e realmente não há mais simples !<br />
Depois do pipo começar a apitar é 20 mm, e fica mesmo no ponto.<br />
<br />
Depois desfazer com a varinha mágica e colocar em taças ou caixas ,<br />
encher ao máximo e colocar papel vegetal à medida (eu não embebi em aguradente),<br />
<br />
Coloquei película aderente à volta e espero que se guarde bem, é uma experiência.<br />
<br />
E claro , guardei as cascas e os caroços para fazer geleia que irei apresentar mais tarde.<br />
<br />
Sempre que como marmelada volto a ter 10 anos !!!!!!!!!<br />

as minhas avós faziam e eu era aparentemente a neta mais gulosa ! porque comia muita!!!!<br />

Está na época do tomate e é agora com eles bem maduros que preparo a polpa de tomate<br />
<br />
lavar os tomates, tirar-lhe a pele, e corta-los em pedaços grandes.<br />
<br />
Entretanto num tacho grande refogar em azeite : 4/5 cebolas médias cortadas em gomos, 6/7 dentes de alho inteiros e 3 cenouras médias cortadas às rodelas,<br />
deixar refogar até ficar dourado,<br />
<br />
Acrescentar os tomates,um ramo de salsa e um pouco de manjerico, temperar com sal e pimenta, misturar e deixar cozer em lume brando durante 2 a 3 horas para ir eliminando e excesso de água rejeitada pelos tomates.<br />
<br />
Triturar, e ainda quente colocar em frascos limpos e esterilizados,<br />
mas encher até ao topo, fechar de imediato e virar os frascos num tabuleiro com água fria que cobra bem a nível da tampa, deixar assim até a polpa arrefecer .<br />

Picar as bolachas maria, e misturar com a manteiga para formar uma massa homogénea,<br />

Forrar uma tarteira com fundo amovível ,<br />

Misturar bem : as natas,os ovos,o queijo filadélfia e o leite condensado<br />

Colocar por cima da massa e levar ao forno 40 mm a 170º.<br />
